I think there is always new people that have never heard the gospel before that need to have it because the gospel - which is the death, resurrection of Christ and the message of his forgiveness - is the only hope for a person knowing that they will go to Heaven and then finding the meaning and purpose they search for in life.
Death is not a curse to be outwitted no matter the cost. Death is the natural pivot on which life turns, without which life as we know it could not be. A pro-life-support position is not always a pro-life position. When we can no longer hold on with purpose, to let go is to die with dignity and grace.
But the dignity of human life is unbreakably linked to the existence of the personal-infinite God.
