Filmmakers are stuck with my glamorous image. Even if I sit in track pants and a T-shirt, I will still look glamorous. That's the way I am. But there's more to me. I'm a real person.

Bascially, I want to do movies wherein even the girl's character actually has a part. If you want me to do glamorous roles, that's fine. But you have to make sure the character is good.

When you remember me, it means you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are. In 'The Trip,' I play the character named Ananya Makhija, a Delhi girl who wants to get married. So, I think this will change my image of a small-town girl.
