It's important to have people around you with enough confidence to say if you are not acting in a good way. Normally, when you are at the top, people say everything is fantastic. Probably in that moment it is what you want to hear, but it's best to be reminded how to act properly.
A big part of making an album is that you want to have enough material - you want to have enough stuff for people to hear and know that it represents you. The script is like music to me. I approach it like it's a musical piece and I hear how it's supposed to sound when people say the words. You know a Senate race is obviously a much smaller deal than a presidential race.
