You could reduce people's fears if you gave them some useful information before things went wrong. It's really important to create a sense of confidence in the public in their own abilities before a disaster because they're the only ones who are going to be there. No one's going to help you for at least 24 to 72 hours. So it would be good to know more about it.
I really try to get eight hours of sleep, and I really try not to go out after a Tuesday or Friday night show because I know I have a two-show day the following day.
The Internet, you know, 10 or 15 years ago sort of felt like the wild West. You could go out there and do anything and search for things, and, you know, find out about stuff. Now always in the back of my mind, you know, whether it's email or whatever else, it's like, well, is this going to show up somewhere? Is someone going to keep track of this and, you know, know I was searching for - maybe it's an embarrassing disease, maybe it's a weird hobby?

And to a certain extent, I try to watch out and try not to do anything that would be bad for kids to see.
I try to naturally keep things to a manageable storytelling length, which is about two hours, so you try to cut out anything extraneous.
People aren't coming out in postgame interviews saying, 'I'm the greatest.' That's not what it's about. It's about I know what I'm about, I know what I do, and I know I truly feel like nobody can cover me. So, when I get my one-on-one opportunities, I try to show that I can't be guarded.
