You have to be able to focus, to control your energy. You need to make it your ally, instead of trying to harness it, to muscle it. That wastes energy too. There has to be a harmony between you and your body. Your mind and your body, and your soul have to connect in order to move forward. And this comes through relaxation.

Your body is not who you are. I don't think women should label themselves based on the way they look. What about defining yourself by a different kind of measurement? You don't want to be sore when you're running. So I wouldn't suggest you train for a marathon and do CrossFit at the same time; the two don't align with one another. When you're a runner, your body builds the muscle where it needs to build muscle.
