Beckham takes free kicks better than me. It is a joy to watch him take free kicks and he has proved that free kicks are not all about power.
Everybody watches free-kicks, and when you watch them, you enjoy them. You have got to learn how to shoot and connect with the ball and how to move your leg. For everybody, it is different, but if you want to score lots of goals, then free kicks is an extra way to do that.

I remember a Greek player from Sevilla, Vassilios Tsiartas. He was the best free kick taker I have seen in my life, I think. I learned from him in training. What Aldo is good at is the leg kicks, that's what oppened a lot of doors for him. He would land those leg kicks, and then the shot would come from there, but in terms of his hands, he doesn't have, I mean he has power, of course he does, but nowhere near the power that I have, I promise you that.
I used to practise my free-kicks a lot.
One of my coaches encouraged me to try it. In the beginning, I didn't want to take any free-kicks but he pushed me to do it. Then I started scoring a few goals and everything changed.
You don't want to be giving away free-kicks in the penalty area.
I rate Dave Luiz as a top defender. He's very clever. But I don't know if he's as quick as me. And if he kicks me, he kicks me. It's fine. I can't react to anything.
