I have learned to not worry about things I can't control.
It makes no sense to worry about things you have no control over because there's nothing you can do about them, and why worry about things you do control? The activity of worrying keeps you immobilized.
Don't worry about things, that you can do better next time. Don't worry about stuff you can't control.
Something I learned early in college (is) to not worry about what I can't controlBut what I can control is my attitude, my effort, my focus every single day and that's what I'm trying to worry about.
As cliche as it sounds, I've always told myself, 'Don't worry about the things you can't control. Control the things you can control.' That battle has beat up on me for years.
I started to be much happier in my relationships when I realized that I can only control myself. That way, you don't worry about people and don't waste your time thinking, 'What if he cheats on me?' You can't control that.
I try to only worry about things I have control over.
Only worry about things that are within your control
Worry means tormenting yourself with disturbing thoughts or fretting about things we have zero control over. If you live in the north there is no need to worry about the snow. You will get plenty each year. If you live in California or Texas you needn't worry about rain because we won't receive any.
Don't worry about what you can't control. Our focus and energy needs to be on the things we CAN control. Attitude, effort, focus- these are the things we can control.
The things you don't have control over, you don't worry about. I have control over my attitude, my perception, how I do things, and you do the very best job you can. Other people have control over other things and you let them do their jobs.
I believe that you are only in control of so much. So whatever you are not in control of you can't worry about.
Focus on things you can control. Things that are out of control, you can't worry about what the result is going to be, you just focus on trying to do the best in your situation that you can.
I've learned since childhood that you control only the things that you can control. Everything else, let it take care of itself.
I think I've learned the difference between the things I can control and the things I can't control. And hopefully, by doing the things I can control well, I'll have more favor in the other category.
The only thing I can control is myself. I can't control what anyone thinks about me, I can't control circumstance, I can't control the things that God controls.
