A Quote by Samuel Johnson

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing - it only hastens fools to rush in where angels fear to tread. — © Samuel Johnson
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing - it only hastens fools to rush in where angels fear to tread.
Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.
Sometimes angels rush in where fools fear to tread.
Nay, fly to altars; there they'll talk you dead; For fools rush in where angels fear to tread.
Fools rush in where incumbents fear to tread.
Writers rush in where publishers fear to tread and where translators fear to tread.
Writers rush in where publishers fear to tread and where translators fear to tread
The saying that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing is, to my mind, a very dangerous adage. If knowledge is real and genuine, I do not believe that it is other than a very valuable posession, however infinitesimal its quantity may be. Indeed, if a little knowledge is dangerous, where is a man who has so much as to be out of danger?
Angels light the way. Angels do not begrudge anyone anything, angels do not tear down, angels do not compete, angels do not constrict their hearts, angels do not fear. That's why they sing and that's how they fly. We, of course, are only angels in disguise.
Angels rush in when fools are almost dead.
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but a little want of knowledge is also a dangerous thing.
But just as a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing, a little bit of energy, in the hands of someone hell-bent on suicide, is a very dangerous thing.
The stairway is not a thing of gleaming strands a radiant evanescence for angels' feet that only glance in their tread, and need not touch the stone.
Fools rush in where wise men fear to trade.
For we can only know that we know nothing, and a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
A small amount of power corrupts a small man absolutely. A little knowledge is dangerous to a little man. To a great man only great knowledge is dangerous.
Without ... the creative imagination rushing in where bureaucratic angels fear to tread - without this, life is a mockery and a disgrace.
