I have more zits now than I did as a teenager. Stress zits.
I feel like hair is the number one thing that makes me feel beautiful or not. If I have really bad hair, but my makeup's beautiful and I have a wonderful dress on, I'm still not happy. So if I wake up, and I've got 2 big zits on my face and my hair looks fierce, I feel ok. I have a weird hair obsession.
Zits are beauty marks.
I love essential oils - there's one for every problem. It's kind of like nature's answers for what to put on your skin. I had acne when I was a teenager, and I did a pretty intense tea tree thing. You dilute it in a base oil, like carrot seed oil, which is good because it gives your face a little glow.
As far as girly-ness goes, I never wear makeup, if I've got zits on my face I just let them go. So I've always just related to guys on that level.
I wasn't some stud athlete at school that was destined to be a professional wrestler. I was just an insecure little guy that didn't want to go to school because I had zits on my upper lip.
I had zits on my thighs when I was a kid. I remember feeling so disgusting and grossed out by them.
I was using the word awesomeness while you were still in high school, popping zits.
Go to the tea shop anywhere along the Ganga, sir, and look at the men working in that tea shop - men, I say, but better to call them human spiders that go crawling in between and under the tables with rags in their hands, crushed humans in crushed uniforms, sluggish, unshaven, in their thirties or forties or fifties but still "boys." But that is your fate if you do your job well - with honesty, dedication, and sincerity, the way Gandhi would have done it, no doubt.
You can't stop the aging process. There's only so much oil you can put on your body. I've always just tried to go with my age. If the part requires somebody a little younger or older, I can probably get away with that.
My biggest beauty tip would be exfoliation, exfoliation, exfoliation! After a lifetime of almost no breakouts, I learned that if you don't exfoliate, your skin has a hard time shedding the old skin and therefore clogs your pores and causes zits.
I think people of my generation are really worrying about thier zits and getting that date for Friday night. I think that's their reality. I don't' know if they're worrying too hard about their future.
My biggest beauty tip would be exfoliation, exfoliation, exfoliation! After a lifetime of almost no breakouts, I started having some pretty embarrassing ones and learned that if you don't exfoliate, your skin has a hard time shedding the old skin and therefore clogs your pores and causes zits.
I've worked really hard. I could go and by a really expensive watch, but I don't. I still have an allowance and I stick to it. I never go over it and I always put a bit of money away to save.
If you go into the Ecuadorian Amazon and you stick your hand in the ground, what you get is oil sludge. The oil companies continue doing whatever they please.
I carry lots of oils, since I have the driest skin in all the land! I switch up my facial oils, and I make them myself with coconut oil and tea tree oil.
