What now? (Shahara) I’m thinking. (Syn) Could you think a little quicker? (Shahara) You’re not helping. (Syn) You’re lucky you’re still breathing and not limping. (Shahara)
Save me, save me, save me from this squeeze. I got a big fat mama trying to break me.
You have some severe mental problem I need to be aware of, don’t you? (Shahara) Just because I eat babies for breakfast and pick my teeth with their bones doesn’t mean I’m nuts. (Syn) Any other weird habits I should be aware of? (Shahara) Just my need to dance naked in the streets under the light of a full moon. (Syn)
Thank you, Shay. (Syn) For what? (Shahara) For looking into the eyes of nothing and seeing a man you could love. (Syn)
My parents used to say to me to save. Always save. They also told me to invest in properties and to never go over your monthly allowance.
Excuse me, but I’ve been to some of the toughest zones in the galaxy to get my targets. And I have never once gone after a target and failed. Ever. (Shahara) Yeah, but you’ve never been chased before. It’s a lot harder to be the prey than it is to be the predator. (Syn)
I'm very unphysical and graceless so basically if you save 10 people to be with you in a resistance movement, you would never save me. I'd be the last one.
So just look mean and don’t make eye contact with anyone. (Syn) Gee, hon, you take me to the most wonderful places. (Shahara)
You save an old man and you save a unit; but save a boy, and you save a multiplication table.
What am I supposed to do while you’re gone? (Shahara) Think up ways to kill me while I sleep. (Syn)
You do know I am my father’s son, right? People don’t talk to me that way and live. (Syn) Oh, like I fear you. Never. Besides, a fight might dislodge whatever has crawled up your sphincter and bring back the much nicer version of you. (Shahara)
Aren’t you afraid one of them will betray you? Take it all away? (Shahara) I’m sure one will eventually, but that’s the least of what keeps me up at night. Trust me, there are a lot worse things in life than loosing a few credits. (Syn)
But of all plagues, good Heaven, thy wrath can send, Save me, oh, save me, from the candid friend!
Save the trees, save the bees, save the whales, save those snails.
You have to save the habitat, you have to save the population - not individual animals. What you want to save is the foundation, the basic infrastructure from which resources are produced. You can't save Fifi and Boo-Boo and Thumper.
A friend told me that each morning when we get up we have to decide whether we are going to save or savor the world. I don't think that is the decision. It's not an either-or, save or savor. We have to do both, save and savor the world.
