Whenever there is a new song out, we'll sometimes try to rehearse a celebration so when one of us scores a goal, we can celebrate it together. I find this a nice thing between team-mates to show the friendship between us, and I try to do this whenever I can.

I hope to evoke emotion in others, help them escape for even just a little while into different worlds, different times and different thoughts. Whenever I'm able to lend my name to worthy causes and try and change this world for the better I feel like my work is a success.

For a producer, you want to be in L.A. You want to be close to the action, and in L.A. there are always singers, artists, songwriters, collaborators and other producers. It's easy to get access to all that, which gives you more opportunity to work records.
