I'm really conscious of the amount of food I eat, but I don't deny myself anything. For example, I have a really big sweet tooth. At the end of the night, if I'm craving ice cream, I might not have the bowl that I would have when I was a kid, but I'll put a couple of scoops in a coffee mug, and I'll eat it slowly, and I enjoy every moment of it.
I order everything in. I won't save anything until later. I won't have anything to eat today that I might eat tomorrow because I don't trust myself with it at night. I'd be sleepwalking. I could never leave a pint of Haagen Dazs ice cream in the fridge.
I eat many different ice creams. I'm not an ice cream snob, although I do think Ben & Jerry's is the best. But I'm happy to eat anybody's ice cream, really. As long as it's good.
