It benefits all artists to help one another - it raises the whole profession. — © T. Allen Lawson
It benefits all artists to help one another - it raises the whole profession.
Everything that you do or say that raises the self-esteem of another raises yours as well.
Help another and you will be the one who benefits most
The whole financial structure of Wall Street seems to rise or fall on the mere fact that the Federal Reserve Bank raises or lowers the amount of interest. Any business that can't survive a one percent change must be skating on thin ice. Why even the poor farmer took a raise of another ten percent just to get a loan from the bank, and nobody from the government paid any attention. But you let Wall Street have a nightmare and the whole country has to help to get them back into bed again.

The growth that we want is one that brings real benefits to the people, raises quality and efficiency of development, and contributes to energy conservation and environmental protection.
There's a stupid trend in American politics right now with people who have no experience with politics and no grasp of public service as a profession just deciding that they're going to jump into it. The obvious figurehead of this whole "I am an idiot, therefore I can be a politician" is Donald Trump. People think that ignorance of a profession is somehow qualifying for that profession. It's utterly baffling.
My whole purpose really is to try to help working families to find better jobs and get better benefits and look out for the little guy.
I have seen many teachers in real life, which come from the same background and morality and treat their profession like just another one rather than a noble profession.
