Not everybody feels religion the same way. Some it's in their mouth, but some it's like a hope in their blood, their bones. — © Tillie Olsen
Not everybody feels religion the same way. Some it's in their mouth, but some it's like a hope in their blood, their bones.
Everybody feels like a freak in some way at some time in their life. Or feels on the outside. And everybody is worthy of love.
Sometimes when you meet stars, on one hand you're like, "You're who I'm inspired by, you're who I look up to." On the other hand you're like, "I wanna be in the same kind of shoes that you're in." That's how I've always seen myself. Some of me is star-struck, some of me feels like I'm looking at a peer. They're another person who sees the world the same way I do, who already did it. It's inspiring.
Everybody hurts some days. It's okay to be afraid. Everybody hurts, everybody screams. Everybody feels this way.
Everybody has some talents - we all have an art side and some talent - but you have some areas where you are better than others. My area is acting, I guess. I hope.
The truth is my development I hope is the same way as everything, which is, I succeed some, I fail some, and I keep slugging away at it. I really enjoy it. It's fun.
Some movies you fall a step behind, and some you stay in the same place, make the same choices. And then sometimes there are people who know more than you but show you, and that's the maximum you can hope for - doing that with someone who says, 'I like you for what you are, and I want you to be in my picture.'
To some degree, we're all thinking about the same things. It's the zeitgeist. The trick, in a way, as a writer, is to hope that your interests in some sense link up with the culture around you.
Kessa ran her fingers over her stomach. Flat. But was it flat enough? Not quite. She still had some way to go. Just to be safe, she told herself. Still, it was nice the way her pelvic bones rose like sharp hills on either side of her stomach. I love bones. Bones are beautiful.
People are people the world over. Some are good, some bad, some greedy and some generous. Nations are like people and act the same way.
Religion kept some of my relatives alive, because it was all they had. If they hadn't had some hope of heaven, some companionship in Jesus, they probably would have committed suicide, their lives were so hellish.
Everybody's going to do the 3D slightly differently the same way that people are going to deal with color differently. Some movies downplay the color, some color is very vibrant. Color design is very different. We've got to think of 3D like color or like sound, as just part of the creative palette that we paint with and not some whole new thing that completely redefines the medium.
If it were possible - and I hope it will be some day - I'd like some sort of anti-gravity travel capsule: some way to travel around the without the need for jets and wings and so on.
The selection rules are the same for everybody. I am trying to make a comeback just like some other players who got dropped after the Pakistan tour. I hope my time will come.
Everybody feels like an outsider at some point in their lives.
Everybody's crazy in some way and everybody's weird, and that kind of makes us all the same in a lot of ways. We're not alone, we just think we are.
Some like them hot, some like them cold. Some like them when they're not to darn old Some like them fat, some like them lean. Some like them only at sweet sixteen. Some like them dark, some like them light. Some like them in the park, late at night. Some like them fickle, some like them true, But the time I like them is when they're like you
