We need to educate the younger players because match-fixing has no place in sport.
If there has been any match-fixing then we need to make sure that it's erased from our sport because it's a crime in sports. We have no place for it in any sport let alone tennis.
I have always wanted to fight no matter what position I am in, and whether that is Liverpool or England, I need to do more, and I need to do better because you have younger players, or players get signed for the club who push you and want to take your place, and you have to be better than them.
As the players get younger and younger, and the teams value younger players, the players' best years are when they're being paid the least.
There is nothing more disgraceful for any sportsperson than to be accused of murky stuff like match-fixing or spot-fixing.
There has been the negative impact of spot-fixing and match-fixing, but it is the individual player's responsibility to look after that because if a player wants to do that, it is difficult to stop him. It is the individual player's responsibility to play fairly.
I think the NBA just, overall, when you need somebody to blame, the first person that you go to is the coach. But at the end of the day, you need the right players that match each other. Not just the best players. Chemistry helps.
Italian football lost credibility because of the match-fixing scandals - the best footballers didn't want to come.
If I was a wealthy foreigner I wouldn't want to invest in Italy because there are so many uncertainties, all the scandals related to corruption and match-fixing.
You definitely need the right balance. You need players who are technically strong, but also tactically aware players, fighters, creative players. You need big players as well as agile ones.
The whole thing with recording is you have to know when to turn off the tape machine and just stop recording because you want to keep fixing, fixing, fixing, you know?
I hate any match that isn't a traditional Tag Team Match or a traditional Singles Match, because anything can happen. It's truly one of those deals where it's all about being in the right place at the right time.
Every other sport has player's representation. We don't really have that officially - I know there's like a little players' committee but there's not a players' association, which is what we really need.
It's kind of interesting on a team sport because you have young players, you have older players, you have veterans. But ultimately, when you step in between those lines, you're just a player.
We all play this sport - well, many players say they play this sport because they love it - it's their passion. I never really did it like that.
In China you have to be in peak form because you need to do well. You earn a lot - I had a huge salary - but then you have to prove you are worth it. Every match is a challenge and I played next to or faced some truly great players.
You have to figure out that balance between younger players and veteran players, star players, and All-Star players, really a team effort. And then you have to be lucky.
