A Quote by Varun Dhawan

Compared to other people, I am not that narcissistic. Sometimes, I don't even plan all that I wear. — © Varun Dhawan
Compared to other people, I am not that narcissistic. Sometimes, I don't even plan all that I wear.
I only wear heels when it's 100-percent required, and even sometimes not then. I have to talk myself into a bra. I've done an hour of standup where I've been like, "I don't have to wear a bra tonight." If you're going to be on camera, you have to get it together, but other than that, I am pretty lazy as a woman.
I never thought I was doing the same thing as directors like John Carpenter, George Romero, and sometimes even Hitchcock, even though I've been sometimes compared to those other guys. We're after different game.
I am short, so even if there are things that I like, or like on other people, I have to be aware that sometimes that won't work on me because I'm not 5'10. It has to have a shape for my body; otherwise, I look like I am two inches tall. I have to wear things that skim my body more closely than a runway model would.
Young people are narcissistic. They become less narcissistic as they age, but they become crankier about younger people being narcissistic.
I try to tell all the - not even the kids, even people older than me - to just be themselves. Don't wear what I wear 'cause I wear it; wear what you like.
Lots of narcissistic people have helped lots of other people with their music. That's such a narcissistic thing to say! Ha ha!
The way to make the world a better place, through your eating, is simply to eat a bit less meat. Local is sometimes good, sometimes bad. But even when it's good, its environmental impact is relatively small compared to other possible improvements.
Sometimes people have a Plan A and a Plan B. But, as far as I'm concerned, I have just had a Plan A.
I’ve been thinking about that ever since. Am I lucky? Am I lucky that I didn’t die? Am I lucky that, compared to the other kids here, my life doesn’t seem so bad? Maybe I am, but I have to say, I don’t feel lucky. For one thing, I’m stuck in this pit. And just because your life isn’t as awful as someone else’s, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t suck. You can’t compare how you feel to the way other people feel. It just doesn’t work. What might look like the perfect life—or even an okay life—to you might not be so okay for the person living it.
The thing about narcissistic people is that they don't think they're being narcissistic.
As I got older, I realised that people saw me as other things - sometimes Korean, sometimes Japanese, sometimes just Asian. When my family moved to a more affluent white neighbourhood, I started to see myself as 'other', this amorphous category. I didn't even know what 'not other' was, but I knew I wasn't it; I wasn't what was normal.
I carry an umbrella when I am outdoors and always wear sunscreen, even when I am sitting in front of a computer screen! I never touch coffee or other caffeinated drinks.
Unfortunately, a platitude is not a plan. So I am encouraging people to turn towards the Green Party if they're looking for a real plan, because what we see is that the other parties, unfortunately, are intellectually exhausted.
Plan what you are going to wear ahead of time. If you're going to an important dinner, you should always plan what you're going to wear because you don't want to look silly.
People are so surprised about how small I am compared to other players.
I love the characters you can build upon when you wear different things. You know, sometimes, I'll want to be girly and wear tulle on a Tuesday, and sometimes I wanna be like Kim Kardashian and wear black leather head-to-toe.
