A Quote by Joachim Low

Sometimes you learn the most from your defeats. — © Joachim Low
Sometimes you learn the most from your defeats.
I have learned a lot through defeats, and, until today, it's - I'm still haunted by defeats, and they do happen. Sometimes, a film of mine is rejected. And how do you deal with it? And you have to learn how to deal with it and survive anyway.
We will sometimes have defeats in life but you can have defeats without being defeated, you could fail without being a failure. When you see failure and defeats as merely part of the process to get to when.
Learn from each one of your defeats; your losses must be as close to you as your victories.
t's important to handle and learn from your defeats. The losses I've had taught me so much because they humbled me. You learn more from them than you do your victories. They can only make you a better fighter and a better man.
It hasn't always been easy. There's a lot of hard moments. Sometimes you learn from the end of the bench. Sometimes you learn from injuries. Sometimes you learn the most through the hard things. If you can keep a good attitude and keep on working, eventually situations change, and you can put those things to use.
Your words, your schedule, your choices, your obedience, the way you savor your victories and the way you swallow your defeats all help to define your life. It is this definition that your children rely on most as they seek to chart their own future.
People who want to improve should take their defeats as lessons, and endeavor to learn what to avoid in the future. You must also have the courage of your convictions. If you think your move is good, make it.
You learn a lot from defeats. As well, you need to learn from victories.
Through wrestling, through the hard work and the sweat, through the victories and the defeats, we learn a great deal about ourselves. Wrestling shows you your limits, your weaknesses, your strengths and, ultimately, you grow because of what it shows you.
I learned a lot: sometimes you have to be patient. Sometimes you have to take care of your body. Sometimes you have to learn from outside to be good in the future.
Big defeats make us learn.
You know, that's the thing that people sometimes miss, is the fact that those moments when you're at your relatively speaking, lowest, are the times when you can learn the most.
You learn the most from sitting down and doing the work, regularly, patiently, sometimes in hope, sometimes despairingly.
In your life there's peaks and valleys and sometimes we regress, and we don't even know we regress. You just have to learn how to accept all of your mistakes and learn to love yourself again.
I think the most important thing is you have to learn to love auditioning, which I have definitely learned to love. It's going to be a huge part of your career, even if you're right at the top. You're still going to have to audition sometimes, and if you don't learn to love that, that's such a big part of what you're job's going to be.
The advice that I can give anyone wanting to be in the biz: do all the work, learn your craft. There are no shortcuts. If you stay with it, you will get an opportunity. Whether you make the most of an opportunity depends on if you are prepared. Learn your craft, every aspect of it. Eat it, drink it, sleep it, then when you are the most prepared, you can make the most of it.
