When there is hate or negative comment, I try to ignore it and try to not bother myself with such stuff.
On every single picture on my Instagram page, you'll find a negative comment. My supporters will normally stand up to that hateful person, and then it will become a big argument, and it's just a lot. I try to tell myself not to listen to the haters, and I try not to read the comments because it's not worth it.
For me, mood is something you have to ignore. I try to put myself in that position when I'm shooting and try to react the way I would. I try not to play funny if it doesn't call for that.
I can't predict the future. All I can do is continue to try to stay in shape and work on my game and have a clear mind and not try to think about negative stuff.
Let's say I try to ignore the small stuff, like wet towels on the floor, the dishwasher full to the brim and not turned on. You know what men are like, they'll never rise to our standards of excellence. But when they try, that's enough!
Whenever something good happens to me, I try-it may sound kind of bad-to think a little negative. I just always try to keep myself grounded.
I try to exercise when I'm on road - I really do try - but I also try not to push myself too hard. I just try to move.
Being on the main roster, there is a lot more talk. Sometimes I can't even go on Twitter for days because I just feel it's negative comment after negative comment.
A goal of mine is to try and be as real as possible. To try and not comment on the work I'm doing but just do it.
If at first you don't succeed, you get back up and you try ... and you try ... and you try it again ... except ice skating, I hate this crap, I quit!
I find that when you do yoga, you don't crave unhealthy food. But I try to always let myself eat whatever I want. I have dessert or chocolate every day, but I'll only have a few bites. I try to have a little bit of cereal in the morning, and then I always try to have protein for dinner, too. But I eat pasta and stuff like that.
I don't try to communicate with my 'audience'. I don't bother with that any more. I used to try to have conversations with people, but it's futile.
Once I got done with my career, I knew in my soul that I don't have any negative thoughts about myself. I just don't because I know you say you can and you say can't, you are right. I try to keep my mind full of really positive stuff.
I hate making mistakes, and I hate conceding goals, but I try not to beat myself up too much.
I try to ignore people's opinions about my music - you don't want to hold yourself back because of that stuff.
You can't take anything online personally, especially if it is negative. You can have 10 positive comments, but the one negative comment will get to you. I learned you have to stay focused on the people who love and support you.... Remember that hate comments can be a cry for help or attention. I recommend not responding at all, but if you do, be kind.
I try to stay away from certain stuff - I'm not a perfect human being. I try to represent myself as much as a good person could. I stay around the positive people.
