A Quote by Cara Delevingne

At fashion shows, my brows often get bleached, and they've been dyed back much darker - like jet black, where you can't even see my skin. Sometimes with Just for Men! What a mistake. At times, the two brows aren't even the same color!
I love the eyebrow pencils. I do my brows every day. I won't leave my house without my brows! My beauty disaster from childhood was trying to look like Kate Moss and plucking all my brows off.
My secret for over pluckers is to keep some brow pencil on your brows at all times, even when you go to bed... If you keep product on your brows at all times they will always appear perfect, and you will not obsess on every little hair that is out of place.
Just like hair frames our face, brows frame our eyes. I see so much potential in harmonized beauty whenever I see a woman who's not filling in her brows, and I just want to go in with my brow pencil and just be like, 'Filling in eyebrows, OK, done - look in the mirror and be inspired.' That's one of my pet peeves, but beauty is subjective.
I've bleached my brows and things like that, but otherwise, I just let them be.
I've never had my brows done - I tweeze them myself. I used to watch my mom pluck her brows, that's how I learned.
I dyed my own hair this Chocolate Cherry color, and I forget what brand it was, but I remember getting into so much trouble because it stained our bathtub. It was this red-black color, and it was a big mistake.
[Kanye West] took me to a fashion meeting in Paris once. I'd never met these people; I was so nervous. It was the beginning of our relationship, and I didn't know anyone in fashion. And he passed out at the table. I'm like, "I'm so sorry, we're jet-lagged." You don't know the number of times I've had to say that. I always flat-out lie that he's jet-lagged, even if we've been home for months.
For the most part, I don't do anything to my brows. They aren't bleached, just naturally light. Maybe when I was a little kid, I thought they were strange, but I realized as I got older, the things that make you different are the things that are special about you.
The only thing that will change with fashion is the brows' thickness or thinness. Every season the arch will be the same.
I'm thinking about doing dusty colors - we definitely are doing as much color as we can. It seems that fashion is back on track with color - I hope. It's been very black for awhile.
For years, I've been painting black men as a way to respond to the reality of the streets. I've asked black men to show up in my studio in the clothes that they want to be wearing. And often times, those clothes would be the same trappings people would see on television and find menacing.
... while our men seem thoroughly abreast of the times on almost every other subject, when they strike the woman question they drop back into sixteenth century logic. They leave nothing to be desired generally in regard to gallantry and chivalry, but they actually do not seem sometimes to have outgrown that old contemporary of chivalry--the idea that women may stand on pedestals or live in doll houses,... but they must not furrow their brows with thought or attempt to help men tug at the great questions of the world.
My routine definitely starts with brows. I do add a little bit of mascara - even to the gym. I have to! I love Maybelline and Covergirl, just drugstore brands. I'm telling you, they're the best.
When I started, there was only one other girl that I could name that was even close to my shade. I didn't understand why there weren't more black plus-size models with darker skin tones. It feels like the final frontier of beauty is to be black, to be plus, to have natural hair.
I have not taken inspiration from the fashion shows. I don't even really go to too many of the fashion shows - and have not for 15 years - because I don't want to be inspired by the same things as everyone else. If everyone is inspired by the same things, then of course, you all do the same pictures.
If you're lacking hair in your brows, applying powder over a waxy pencil will make the color stick.
