When I get back to Derry I always enjoy a good fry-up that my mum makes. That's my big weakness. I also eat too much chocolate.
Although I eat healthily, I do enjoy a greasy fry-up, but usually only once a year. I've also got a big Kit-Kat addiction and buy them in bulk.
I try to eat pretty healthy, but I do love carbs. So, I'm not the person who could stick to a perfectly healthy diet. I love chocolate too so I always have dark chocolate Hershey's kisses in my purse ready for me to have throughout the day. Dark chocolate is my weakness!
I think chocolate in moderation is not bad for you, but I eat way too much. I tell myself I'm going to eat two squares, and then I end up eating half a big bar.
I have to make sure I don't eat too much chocolate. You can't imagine how hard that is for a German to not eat chocolate.
I always eat after a show and I love a big fry-up.
I have always been physically active. I grew up a tomboy and [was] into sports, so staying active is something that I enjoy. I get antsy and annoyed if I am sedentary too long. I mix up exercise - yoga, Pilates, hiking, running, and weights. I also eat well. I do not eat meat or poultry - have not since I was eighteen.
Beer must be made by food companies. It makes you wander the streets at 3 am looking for things to eat. "What's that, is it moving, get it!! It's a nun! Fry her!! Fry her!"
Dark chocolate can be good for you, and when I say 'can,' it's about what type of dark chocolates are you eating. Don't eat the dark chocolate with too much sugar.
I eat healthy, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy myself. I eat ice cream and chocolate, as my metabolism is pretty fast because I work out so much.
I don't eat out much. I eat mostly home food and no carbs after 5 P.M. You are what you eat, and Sunday used to be my cheat day, when I could eat chocolate; but there are no cheats to a good body. Now, I don't give in.
I am not a vegetarian. I subscribe to my own mantra: eat less, move more, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, don't eat too much junk food, and enjoy what you eat. Or, to summarise: eat less, eat better, move more, and get political.
The most popular Valentine's Day gift is chocolate. In the 1800's, doctors told their patients to eat chocolate to get over a broken heart. They also thought if you're going to be alone, who cares if you get fat.
I go to the gym whenever I can. I actually have to eat to keep the weight on when I am working because I tend to lose too much weight. I like to workout. I don't cook. Not really, I like good restaurants. And sometimes I get back from work and it is too late to eat dinner so I just go straight to bed and I wake up the next morning starving and have to eat cheeseburgers for the pure energy. But in general I am a pretty healthy eater.
I sometimes overeat or drink too much, but I don't eat chocolate, and I gave up smoking when I was 39.
Also, vampires don't eat food. You never get to eat chocolate again. Ever. I'd rather die.
My beauty secret is... nothing! I don't drink too much water. I don't eat very well. Sometimes I cheat and grab some chocolate. The best thing is to eat what you want, but not very much.
