I think a great classic watch is the first staple every woman should invest in.
I think women should have what they determine to be a staple in their closet, because who's to say that my staple is someone else's staple? I'm this tall, and I live in this city, and I have to walk the kids to school, and I don't tend to drive as much - my life requirements are radically different than yours or hers or his. Staples are: What do you need? And then, what do you want? "Need" comes first, typically; "want" gets taken care of occasionally.
People should think about their closets like they think about a stock portfolio. There are things you want to invest in; you make those investments, and those are your blue chips. So you should invest in a great pair of jeans, in a great cashmere sweater.
We'll continue to invest in new technology because we think every woman should have the ability to be connected through her beauty knowledge, opinions, products, and routine.
Every woman should absolutely own at least one staple skinny jean that is a) a dark wash denim and b) at least 2 percent spandex to have that everyday comfortable wear.
For women there are, undoubtedly, great difficulties in the path, but so much the more to overcome. First, no woman should say, "I am but a woman!" But a woman! What more can you ask to be?
I've run all the bands I've been in. A great front man needs that other person. It's not enough to have a guy with a cute face standing behind a microphone. I see it like the classic romantic relationships with men and women, where the woman lets the man think he's running it. It's a classic matriarchal trait, and that's always been part of my personality.
I just think people should invest in the world. Don't invest in fashion, but invest in the world.
I think every woman on the roster wants to be at the main event for Wrestlemania. And if we ever get the opportunity to, it should be a match where every woman is involved.
It's so great to watch sports live. I think everyone should watch it up close once, if possible. I would like to see every sport live at least once to fully appreciate what's happening on the court or on the field or on the ice or whatever the playing surface may be.
I want to go to every corner of the Earth where women are and make sure that every single woman on this planet knows that you should make the first move, it's OK to make the first move. They are equal, and they should be empowered.
I think one should definitely invest, not all the money in one go but keep some and invest the rest as and when required.
I would say that the race of Hillary Clinton was very important to this country, because it showed that a woman could win the state, that a woman could raise money. I think that every woman is sitting a little taller, not only in our own country, but I think women around the world watch what's happening in the United States.
Every man needs a good, solid watch. My favorite watch is the Presidential Rolex. I own many watches, but this one is usually the one on my wrist. I buy mine in the Diamond District in New York City. Classic.
I think Amy Poehler and Tina Fey have done so much for women in comedy in the sense that they've normalized it. You don't think, 'I'm going to watch that comedy starring a woman,' you think, 'I'm going to watch that funny show.' They refuse to play the foils for men, or be reduced to the butt of every joke, and I love that about both of them.
Don't go and invest across the country somewhere that you don't know. Invest in a market that you know, because there are great areas in every city.
Here's the thing: every office I've run for I was the first to win. First person of color. First woman. First woman of color. Every time.
