Sometimes its not the strength but gentleness that cracks the hardest shells. — © Richard Paul Evans

Cracks especially. You have to be careful of the cracks.. Sometimes they are disguised as something else. A doorway, or a smile or even a winking eye. And if you fall through them, you never know were you will end up.
Gentleness is a divine trait: nothing is so divine as gentleness, and nothing is so gentle as real strength.
I want to be the band everyone knows that goes hardest. Plays the hardest, parties the hardest, lives the hardest, loves the hardest, does everything the hardest, harder than anybody else.
So sometimes things are ahead and sometimes they are behind; Sometimes breathing is hard, sometimes it comes easily; Sometimes there is strength and sometimes weakness; Sometimes one is up and sometimes down. Therefore the sage avoids extremes, excesses, and complacency.
From serenity comes gentleness, comes lasting strength.
Always, my mother said, "Be yourself." That is sometimes the hardest thing to do. I try to always remember that and come back to that and have strength in who you are. There is only one you.
The greatest strength a man can achieve is gentleness.
A woman's strength is most potent when robed in gentleness.
Although we weren't able to shatter that highest, hardest glass ceiling this time, thanks to you, it's got about 18 million cracks in it.
Above all, it is not decency or goodness of gentleness that impresses the Middle East, but strength.
Gentleness is strength under control. It is the ability to stay calm, no matter what happens.
Our zeal is always guided by charity. Everything is done with strength and gentleness.
