So the idea about how detonation of a nuclear weapon might happen vary, you know - some people are especially concerned about terrorists getting their hands on nuclear weapons and using them. That means you end up with a situation in which the law-abiding folks can't defend themselves, and the crooks have all the guns.

No matter the specific techniques involved, historically mass surveillance has had several constant attributes. The very heart of whiteness.
