I try to be semi-healthy, but I've got into a really bad routine of never food shopping. My fridge is always bare!
I have my routine of going to the gym, and I try my best to eat healthy and do what I do. I see my friends, hang out. I kind of just have a routine of a nice balance in my life of everything; I don't really think about protein shakes.
I have heard a lot about Delhi's food but never got a chance to try the street food here. The only food in Delhi I have had is in the hotels I have stayed in and it is always amazing.
I want to tell people that they should always try to stay calm and speak good things, have control over food by adopting healthy food habits, eat less food and exercise daily.
After you've cut back everything else, food is the last to go. I didn't mind putting an extra jumper on if I had food in the fridge. It was the point where I had an extra jumper on and no food in the fridge that I realised things had gone badly wrong.
I always have really fresh, hormone-free, additive-free chicken, healthy veggies, and brown rice in the fridge to grab because I'm always on the go.
I do have a fantasy piece of technology that would do my food shopping for me, and if you wanted to, you could probably employ a butler or a maid. But I'd like to have a fridge that restocks itself. I don't know what you'd call that - an automatic restocking pantry?
I grew up in a household where the FryDaddy was always bubbling, and butter and salt were never in short supply. I've never been one to choose the healthy option over the non-healthy option if the healthy option was lacking in taste. I believe a little bad is good for you from time to time. When it comes to maintaining a healthy soul, nothing beats traveling.
I've never had food in my fridge. All I have in my fridge is one shelf of Canada Dry ginger ale, Diet Cokes on the next shelf, and ZeroWater on the next shelf. That is it.
I grew up in North Carolina, and they have a soft drink called Sun Drop. I love the diet version of it. It's the greatest thing on the face of the earth. I always have it in my fridge - bus fridge and home fridge.
If you think of the ice caps as the fridge of our planet, if your fridge at home died, the food you eat would go rotten, and you'd starve.
Try to think of working out and healthy eating as a lifestyle. Rather than go on a diet or try a crazy exercise routine, try making them something you do every day.
A fridge is basically just a big, cold box with a few shelves in it, right? Well, that's true, but where you store food in the fridge can have quite an impact on its shelf life.
If you eliminate the junk food, you don't really run the risk of gaining weight if you've got a good workout routine.
I guess I've always been kind of obsessed with food. I always liked drawing food, and I always liked stories - I think I probably just read somewhere that stories are better if someone's eating in them. I don't know where that came from, but it really stuck, and I always try to put food in.
If you're good, you'll get work. And if I've got food in my fridge and clothes on my back, I'll be happy.
Like all food, whether you're talking about Persian food, or Chinese food, or Swedish food, it's always a reflection of wars, trading, a bunch of good and a bunch of bad. But what's left is always the food story.
