When I'm not on a crazy schedule, I'll try to do yoga or the gym once or twice a week.
Dancing is my therapy. I also try to meditate every morning and take several two-hour yoga classes a week at my favorite yoga studio, Urban Flow.
I aim for four workouts a week. I work out with a trainer once a week. Then, I take a circuit class twice a week. The fourth workout is random, depending on what I'm in the mood for - either a run, a spin class, or yoga.
I got a yoga mat, I do yoga twice a week. I do both regular and hot yoga. Lululemon has an extra large yoga mat, longer and wider, so it fits me.
I was a tomboy growing up and then fell into the world of theatre and musical theatre. A girlfriend introduced me to yoga in college and I was hooked. I didn't really know anything about it except that it was the highlight of my week. I ended up graduating from the University of Virginia and moving to Los Angeles where I could continue acting and do a yoga teacher training. I went from practicing once or twice a week to several hours everyday. I loved it.
I do Ashtanga yoga three times a week, and I run a couple of times a week, too. I really like yoga; I enjoy the actual doing of it, so it doesn't feel like the agony of the gym felt like to me.
I do try to get to a new part of London every week, visit a museum once or twice a week if possible.
I like doing yoga. I do yoga three times a week and I do Pilates twice.
I like to do a couple of yoga classes during the week. Yoga for me is more of an elongating thing.
I do a lot of yoga. I practice yoga three or four times a week. It's an escape for me.
I try to go to the gym three to four times a week and mix it up with yoga or a personal trainer.
I always try to practice what I preach. I meditate for fifteen minutes every day and do yoga several times a week.
I try to do yoga. I really enjoy stretching and having a nice yoga class or taking a run on the beach. I'm not a big fan of the gym. I try to be out as much as possible.
It's funny, I do try to maintain health. I started doing Bikram yoga which is that hothouse yoga, the 105 degrees yoga for 90 minutes. It's great, you purge out all the sweat and you're drinking water.
I have always worked out, and I've gone through different phases of yoga, but the combination of Pilates three days a week with yoga is incredible.
I get bored easily, so in general, I tend to mix up my workouts. I exercise in the gym with a trainer once a week when I'm in town, and I love yoga, golf and tennis.
