My favorite outdoor activities are running, yoga, and functional training. My favorite indoor workouts are Pilates, kickboxing, functional training, and a lot of different exercises at the gym with and without weights - including TRX.
I do a lot of weight training, and my workouts are intense, which include cardios, core body workouts, and functional training.
Besides controlling my diet, I did functional training, weights, pilates and cardio everyday.
To combat the monotony of gym workouts, I started playing soccer. I looked at workouts as training sessions. My soccer training includes squats, pushups, resistance-band work, and sprints. Ninety minutes of running became part of my love of the game rather than a chore.
Pilates is an awesome cross-training exercise for any sport because it focuses on functional movement.
If I'm winning a lot and going deep in a tournament, I don't do a lot of heavy workouts. I'll instead do a lot of short sessions where we focus on functional exercises, with the matches obviously being the major workout for each day.

I don't have a favorite body part nor do I have a favorite exercise. Everyone who is honest prefers machines over free-weights, because machines are more convenient and cause less muscle pain and require less concentration and are generally less dangerous. BUT, if you like to have real gains you have to train hard and heavy, and you have to chose always the LEAST favorite exercises which actually give you the best possible results. So go for the least favorite exercises, the free weights... and go for the muscle pain!
I do a healthy blend of mixed martial arts, dancing, functional training, and swimming. These exercises give me ample strength, endurance, flexibility, and stamina.
Pilates is my favorite meditative way to get in shape. I don't like the gym and I don't like running, so I just lay on my Pilates reformer. It's great.

Actually, I try different kinds of exercise. I do functional training, Zumba, classical dance and walking.
I use a lot of balance training and functional training. Basically it's where you add an element of instability to a regular exercise. So whether it's on the physioball or the Bosu ball or just balancing on one leg, I try to incorporate an instable plane and/or movement to the exercise, so the body's doing two or more movements.
Sometimes I do yoga, sometimes it's kickboxing, sometimes it's weight training, sometimes it's Pilates.
