I eat a lot, but work out even more.
It's impractical to assume people aren't going to eat out or eat late or even have pizza occasionally. And all that's fine as long as you work out, even just for 10 minutes a day.
Eat what you want to eat, but just be willing to pay the price. If you know you want to eat more cake or more cookies, be willing to work out a lil bit more. I think that's the problem people have is you want to eat bad, but yet you don't want to pay the price to work it off.
I love to eat, and I don't believe in denying myself, so I have to work out. I'm not obsessed with it; I don't have a trainer or do any of the fancy classes, but I usually put on my iPod and run on the treadmill for an hour a few days a week. I'd much rather be the girl who worked out more so she could eat more; I could never not eat.
I have to eat a lot to function, so I don't really diet, especially when I have to work out more.
When we win, I'm so happy I eat a lot. When we lose, I'm so depressed, I eat a lot. When we're rained out, I'm so disappointed I eat a lot.
I think when you work out a lot, you can afford to eat more because your body's metabolism is higher.
I just eat healthy and try not to eat late at night. And I exercise as well. That's a big change for me; I work out a lot.
I generally always eat what I want. I think when you work out a lot, you can afford to eat more because your body's metabolism is higher. I like healthy food and prefer that anyways, but if I want pizza or a can of Coca-Cola every once in a while, I'm going to have it. I just try to have a few slices, and that's it.
Thanksgiving. It's like we didn't even try to come up with a tradition. The tradition is, we overeat. 'Hey, how about at Thanksgiving we just eat a lot?' 'But we do that every day!' 'Oh. What if we eat a lot with people that annoy the hell out of us?'
I mostly work out so I can eat religiously. I'm such a foodie. The only way I can make myself feel better about what I eat is to work out.
I eat a balanced diet. The secret is to watch your portions, but I also work out a lot. Working out a lot isn't necessary, but I am very active, and my body can endure intense workouts.
There are a lot of people out there doing cool work. I went to South Africa with Talib Kweli and the Roots for a couple of weeks. And even a lot of the groups that aren't called 'political' or 'revolutionary' have a lot more to say than what you hear on the singles.
I often eat a lot of food when I eat and I eat maybe three or four times a day. I eat a good breakfast I have a protein shake or something between breakfast and my workout. After working out I have a shake and then eat lunch.
It's so much easier just to eat and work out than not eat and work out like crazy.
I don't eat fish and chicken and all that. But I will have some eggs. So I'm not technically a vegan. But I eat pretty sensibly, and before a tour, I will usually work out a lot. I'll get a trainer, or I have a guy I've known a long time.
I eat properly and work out a lot.
