I like to swim a few times a week. It's relaxing, and no one can call, email, or text me while I'm in the pool.
It takes a lot of people. I would not swim if it was just me. If I didn't have any teammates, I couldn't stay in a pool for two hours, twice a day, nine times a week. I can't do that. And I'm fine with admitting that. I couldn't do this by myself.
I like the odd day relaxing by the pool, but I couldn't stand to sunbathe for an entire week.
Often times I'll quickly dash off an email or text message when I leave a party. A particularly enjoyable evening, however, that warrants a thank-you note or a phone call. I always say a handwritten note is the ultimate hallmark of a classy woman. But an email is better than nothing.
Our pool is outdoors, but it's heated, and I've got one of those machines that produces waves you have to swim against; like a jogging treadmill, really, only it's in water. Basically, it means you can have a small pool, swim for miles, and get nowhere.
I work out almost every day with some form of cardio, a few times a week, laps in the pool, weight training and Pilates.
Debt collectors should not be able to call, email, or text you to the point of harassment.
I swim all the time at night - I've always been a water girl. It's a black-bottom pool and my pool light was out, and as I've done a thousand times I just kind of did a little seal dive. I saw a huge bright light and I literally thought, 'That's it.'

If you're lucky enough to have a parent or two alive, call them. Don't text, don't email. Call them. Listen to them for as long as they want to talk to you.
And if I may, call your mom, everybody. I've told this [to], like, a billion people, or so. Call your mom, call your dad. If you're lucky enough to have a parent or two alive on this planet, call 'em. Don't text. Don't email. Call them on the phone. Tell 'em you love 'em, and thank them, and listen to them for as long as they want to talk to you. Thank you. Thank you, Mom and Dad.
I went to a women's college. ... it was a little like learning to swim while holding on to the side of the pool; I didn't learn the arm movements until after I graduated, but by that time I was one hell of a kicker.
When I'm not working, I weight train three times a week and swim and surf as much as I can - in the summer, you usually find me in the water.
Outdoors, I have a pool, so I usually swim and stuff. It's usually superhot in California, so we swim.
Email is not the simple exchange of text messages. Email is the electronic version of the interoffice mail system used for formal letter or memo communication.
I swim three times a week.
I love going for a swim. Growing up in England, anywhere with a pool seems like the height of glamour to me.
