A Quote by Swami Anand Milarepa

In 1980, Osho left India for America. I, like many other sannyasins, moved to Oregon where work had begun on the 'new commune'. Osho named it Rajneeshpuram.
I love Osho. I don't know if you would call him a philosopher; I would just call him a really cool dude. Osho really changed my life. Because the way that he spoke about emotion and the male and female energies in the world and how people react to the world around them, it's so simple, yet it has such a depth.
A lot of the Indians who came to North America in the '70s, and who made very successful adjustments, always had an idea of the India that they had left, not realizing that the India that they had left has changed more profoundly than the America they came to.
Osho is one of India's greatest mystics.... I see him as one of the world's great teachers, thinkers, philosophers and guides of our times. I have enormous respect for his world vision and the kind of International Communities he is building. I have always felt his influence in my life.
The teachings of Osho, in fact, encompass many religions, but he is not defined by any of them. He is an illuminating speaker on Zen, Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism, Christianity and ancient Greek philosophy... and also a prolific author.
Although work was, and still is, considered an important part of Osho's vision, in the last years of his life, he began to emphasize creativity as a way of expressing and sharing the fruits of our meditation.
I have always felt Osho's one hundred percent trust in me regarding the music.
Osho is a mystical giant, a flowering of a unique intelligence and one of those rare humans ex-pressing himself with joy.
Enlightened people like Osho are ahead of their times. It is good that more and more young people are now reading his works.
Osho's books inspire me to meditate. They give me peace of mind.
I really got into Osho's books. I have always loved his books. They were top notch.
One of my favorite teachers is Osho, mainly because he liked to push people's buttons just to get them to think and live outside of their comfort zone.
I moved from Denmark to America. I left my family. I left my school. I left my friends. And it was basically to pursue my career, and I didn't know if it was going to work out. So that was very scary to leave everything and just put everything into a whole new thing where you don't know if you're going to make it or not. But I think I'm doing good.
All the buddhas of all the ages have been telling you a very simple fact: Be — don´t try to become. Within these two words, be and becoming, your whole life is contained. Being is enlightenment, becoming is ignorance." Osho
I was born in Cochin August 27, 1980. Since my father is in the Navy, he was often transferred to other cities. When I was nine years old, we moved on to New Delhi.
Osho used me and Shunyo (my girlfriend at the time) as an example of how he envisioned men and women should relate. He shared a story he had often told in discourse of a man and woman who lived at opposite ends of a lake. They were deeply in love but only met by chance when sometimes out rowing on the water. He said it was beautiful how Shunyo and I met like this couple. When we had the feeling to be together, we would meet and enjoy. And when we were apart, we were also happy and content in our aloneness.
It's not a question of learning much.On the contrary. It's a question of UNLEARNING much.' Osho
